1. Program size for each event is usually a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10, but the details are specified for each event.  Make a deposit of 50% to hold your place 6 months before the event starts.  The balance is due and payable at the latest by 3 months before the event starts.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
   1. If the minimum number of paid participants has not been met by 3 months before the event starts, the program will be cancelled, and all deposits and fees paid will be refunded minus 5% (to cover transfer and currency conversion costs).
   2. Participant cancellation:
      1. Up to 1 month before the event start, 50% of deposit or 25% of the full fee will be refunded
      2. After 1 month before the event starts no refunds are offered
3. The following items are included in the price:
   1. Pickup/drop-off at named local airports or train stations.
   2. Transport to and from local sights.
   3. Accommodation (either single or double occupancy)
   4. All meals and wine (except on 2 occasions when you will need to buy your own lunch).
4. The following options are possible at extra cost:
   1. Transportation to/from other airports or train stations not mentioned on the list for each event must be arranged by you, the traveler.
   2. Accommodation in a nearby hotel, space permitting (we can book it for you).
   3. Higher priced lunch menus or additional alcoholic drinks when we are on tour.
   4. Alcoholic drinks stronger than wine when we are having dinner.
5. All touring and teaching is in English.
6. No smoking in the vehicles or inside the buildings, please!
7. No use of illegal drugs or performing illegal acts is tolerated.
