This course is for those cooks who want to know how to make Italian ravioli to a high standard.  We will make our own dough, roll it out both manually and using one of the several pasta machines, and use one of 3 different prepared fillings.  We will cook both what you make, and also ones that we have in reserve, so that you can have a satisfying light lunch afterwards with a glass of wine.

Aprons will be provided, and should be returned at the end of the course.
